Strings @ SHPS

Our String Ensemble was formed in 2005 with the aim of gathering students with a passion for the learning of the various string instruments such as the violin, cello and double bass.  The SHPS String Ensemble was officially established in 2007.

Led by their conductor, Mr Andrew Ng, the String Ensemble is proud to have performed in many important events within and outside schools and  participates actively in the biennial SYF Arts Presentation.

The String Ensemble has done the school proud by emerging with a Distinction in the recent SYF Arts Presentation in 2017.
